We cannot control the actions of other users with whom you choose to share your profile and information. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that any content you post on the Site and App will not be viewed by unauthorized persons. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Site and App. You understand and acknowledge that, even after removal, copies of personal data or content may remain viewable in archived pages.

6.2 - We have implemented appropriate measures to safeguard and help prevent unauthorized access, to maintain data security, and to correctly use the information we collect online. Your personal data visible on the Site and App (such as any public comments posted by you and/or any data in your profile) are accessible to third parties, and you acknowledge and agree that such third parties are able to copy such information to their own websites or other locations.

07 - Content Removal For Users Under 18

Users of the Service who are California residents and are under 18 years of age may request and obtain removal of User Content and/or other user information they posted by emailing us at hello@clubpsora.com. All requests must be labeled "California Removal Request" on the email subject line. All requests must provide a description of the User Content you want removed and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate that User Content. We do not accept California Removal Requests via postal mail, telephone, or facsimile. We are not responsible for notices that are not labeled or sent properly, and we may not be able to respond if you do not provide adequate information. Please note that your request does not ensure complete or comprehensive removal of the material. For example, materials that you have posted may be republished or reposted by another user or third party.

8.1 - We reserve the right to amend our Privacy Policy. Amendments will be effective as of the moment of publication on the Site and App. You should check the Site and App regularly for amendments.

8.2 - Our Site and App may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites. We encourage users to be aware when they leave our site to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personally identifiable information. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by us.

8.3 - In the event of a transfer of (one of our) Site and App to a third party, we may transfer to such third party all personal information that we collected about you in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
